I have lived in Ventnor for nearly 15 years. I have been a youth worker and full-time parent, and now my children have grown up I works with over-16s leaving care. I have supported the Green Party and the wider environmental movement for many years and believe that the Greens have a more realistic solution to local and national issues than the other parties – not just on environmental matters. When not working, I love to run in the hills above Ventnor, as well as play football and go kayaking, and you might sometimes see me on stage with one of the local theatre groups, usually near the back.
