I grew up on the Island, worked in a local restaurant and volunteered with the scouts before going to university. I understand the challenges of local people and islanders, especially those of young people and members of the LGBTQ+ Community. My priorities will be improving local education, creating better public transport, protecting our green spaces, and standing up for all Islanders.
